History
A hamburger (or burger for short) is a food, typically considered a sandwich, consisting of one or more cooked patties—usually ground meat, typically beef—placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. The patty may be pan fried, grilled, smoked or flame broiled. Hamburgers are often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, or chilis; condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, or a "special sauce", often a variation of Thousand Island dressing; and are frequently placed on sesame seed buns. A hamburger topped with cheese is called a cheeseburger
The origin of the hamburger is unclear, with its invention thought to have occurred in the United States and commonly attributed to either Charlie Nagreen, Frank and Charles Menches, Oscar Weber Bilby, Fletcher Davis, or Louis Lassen. White Castle traces the origin of the hamburger to Hamburg, Germany with its invention by Otto Kuase. However, it gained national recognition at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair when the New York Tribune referred to the hamburger as "the innovation of a food vendor on the pike".
Hamburgers are usually a feature of fast food restaurants. The hamburgers served in major fast food establishments are usually mass-produced in factories and frozen for delivery to the site. These hamburgers are thin and of uniform thickness, differing from the traditional American hamburger prepared in homes and conventional restaurants, which is thicker and prepared by hand from ground beef.

At Nasty, we want to give you the classic orignal taste that only in th US you can find. That's not for the mixture of the meats or the sauces that could be different or a homemade mayo but is a combination of a lot of details.
We don't use the grill but we made a classic "Smash burger" that is a totally different way to cook meat. Every day we make our handmade patties that are smashed on the frytop. This consent to us to cook them in their own fat and give to our incredible patties the orginal taste.
Our bacon is awesome, because we prepare it every day with our recipe from the beginning. Also the thickness is different because we love that you can enjoy the texture, the flavor, the love we put inside preparing this "common" ingredient. The experience will be so different with our burgers that you will be amazed and thrilled to come back another time just to try all the other burgers and stuff. Nasty is not only food but a way of life, just like bacon!
